Founded in October of 2017, Rhode Island's Ocean State Pepper Co. has been cranking out the world's hottest peppers, and showcasing them in an approachable light. They use their fresh organically-grown chilies, which they dry and blend in-house, to elevate the flavors of their seasoning blends, without the overpowering use of salt and sugar. Being able to control the process from seed to bottle allows them to provide ultra fresh seasonings, that will instantly elevate anyone's spice rack.

Clucking AwesomeAs the name suggests, this is a 'clucking awesome' all-purpose poultry seasoning. We start with sumac, a bright citrusy spice, a blend of herbs, add a little salt to bring it to life, sesame seed adds earthy tones, while lavender brings floral notes. A dash of scorpion pepper and lime zest pulls it all together. Heat level: Mild

Ingredients: Sumac, thyme, oregano, sesame seed, sea salt, lime peel, culinary lavender, black pepper, scorpion pepper

Cow-abungaThis signature blend is loaded with an arsenal of meat-friendly flavors. Coarse ground sea salt and cracked black pepper are blended with onion, garlic, Worcestershire powder, and savory herbs. Trinidad scorpion pepper gives this rub some backbone, while activated charcoal powder brings out that 'off the grill' flavor...even while cooking on a gas grill, or in the oven. Heat level: Mild

It's All Greek to Me - Honestly, this could be one of our most versatile blend we have created. Simply sprinkle into olive oil for a perfect bread dipper, or take it one step further to make your own Greek salad dressing. It is also great for seasoning or marinating anything for the grill. Chicken, lamb, veggie kebabs, seriously anything. Rice? Quinoa salad? Go for it. This one is a homerun. Heat level: Mild

Suave AgaveOur interpretation of the American Southwest showcases wonderful flavors deeply rooted in tradition: Coriander, lime zest, orange zest, and cumin are blended with our signature chile powder...a harmonious blend of smoked paprika, ancho chile, guajillo chile, and aji amarillo powder. Agave powder and honey highlights the rich flavors, then finished off the mix with plenty of garlic, ground black pepper, and sea salt. Heat level: Mild
